    Make no mistake, Landmine University is a Strength Training System at its core. This style of training was created with the mindset that Olympic Lifts could be more suitable for athletes. Do to the nature of movements, this also lends itself to everyday Gym goers. If you're using explosive lifts, you can use Landmine University.

    Upon completion of the course, you will receive your Certificate, and apply your CEU credits as needed. Currently Landmine University Coaches have successfully used this course towards CEU's for over 10 accredited organizations.
